Truly speechless about how awesome this trip was! We only did the overnight and could have easily done another night. Yes, we had perfect weather which isn't possible to predict - but the paddling, islands, wildlife, guides, boats, food, hiking... was perfect. We didn't know anyone in our group and ended up having a blast at the end of the trip talking about our experience over some beers. Highly recommend San Juan Kayak Expeditions if you are looking for a real kayak experience in the San Juan Islands. They are the real deal :)

Our tour was nothing short of AMAZING! Unfortunately we didn't get too lucky with the weather but, Sally, Tim, and our guide on the water, Robin, were all exceptional in providing us with an unforgettable experience on the water. I've spent countless weekends and summers on the island but have never been out in a kayak around the island before. What a magical way to experience San Juan! Their team was extremely impactful in their communication and helped us feel immediately at ease and safe in our boat while effectively managing the rest of our group. We will be back, THANK YOU!!
Took my girlfriend here for a birthday experience present. We were picked up in Friday Harbor and taken to the other side of the island for our expedition. It was a great little trip. No whales for us, but a bald eagle and plenty of sea wildlife. Our guide was great too!
Our 4-person family including two young men, our sons, in their 20's. We all enjoyed the 2-day kayak trip in the San Juans, immensely. I'm not a kayaker, or didn't start out that way. In the initial planning, Sally, was awesome in providing quick, expert responses to my every email. Our cheerful guide, Leah, was outstanding! She kept tin touch with the founder Tim, throughout the trip. Together they determined the best course, based on weather, tides, currents and distance. It was great to be in the hands of experienced experts. I wish I would have booked a longer trip! I now feel like I want to stay on the water and keep kayaking...
