I ordered a Plastic Quick Change Garden Hose Adapter on 6/7/2020. It's been 10 days and I have not received it yet. So I called customer service and am being told that this product was on back order and it is now being packed and will be shipped tonight. First, if the product is on back order, should this information be not made available to customers online? I would have driven down to nearby ACE store and picked it up. Second, AR charges a Standard Shipping of 5.95 but no guarantee this product is received in the next 3 days. This is horrible business practice to first not provide relevant information online and second to keep customers in the dark by not providing any order updates electronically. Will never buy any AR product again.

My AR383 began to not reach full pressure and would not turn off after releasing the trigger. I had owned it just under a year. AR's customer service was great. In the end, they sent me a replacement, free of charge. It arrived 2 days later. I really appreciate a company that stands behind their products.

I had an electrical issue, a bad GFCE module on a Blue Clean Pressure washer I'd purchased from QVC about 18 months earlier. Although out of warranty, an extremely pleasant and helpful representative who initially answered my call without going through any phone menus, helped me trouble shoot the problem and even sent me a replacement at no charge without my asking! Nice to know exceptional customer service still exists. Thank you Tina!
