Terrible customer service. If you are a small business owner- buy your uniforms or simply have your employees pay for them. Crooked company with poor ethics. Trust this warning.

Worst uniform service I’ve EVER received!! I’ve gone countless weeks without uniforms, I’m not new I’ve worked at the same place for 12 years... they have brought back every employees uniforms smelling worse than they were in the first place. Some of our shirts are EXTREMELY faded. They literally look like they sat in the sun in an attic for 10 years! I’ve broke buttons and put a tag on them marking the repairs needed and they sent it back still broken and with the tag on it, like it meant nothing! Do not do business with these guys!! I thought maybe they were new at this service at first but I learned they’ve been in the business for many decades. I don’t know how they are still around honestly. They are the worst business ever!!!

Don’t ever sign with them, you will get ripped off. I think any one gives them more than one star is either a fake account or works for them.

WEEK AFTER WEEK WE ARE SHORTED GARMENTS AND WEEK AFTER WEEK I COMPLAINT AND SENT THEM LETTER BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. SWITCH OVER TO THEM IN JULY 2018, GOT EVERY WRONG FROM DAY ONE. THEY CAME OUT TO GET US FITTED AND TOOK THE ORDERED SIZES AND COLOR. SENT OUT WRONG SIZES AND COLOR UNIFORMS. AFTER 7 WEEKS OF BEING SHORTED GARMENTS, THEY STILL HAVE NOT ORDERED ANY REPLACEMENTS. SO DISAPPOINT AND SO FRUSTRATED WITH ARAMARK!

Big Red Machine 1975

Aramark has just recently taken over the uniform services for the company I work for. It's been two weeks and both times they have come to drop off clean uniforms I haven't received any shirts, I get plenty of pants, just no shirts. I really wish my employer would have stayed with the old uniform company, I never had any issues at all with them.
