I've been to this Minute Clinic maybe three times and have had short waits and friendly service each time. Minus one star for their kiosk that you have to mess with for the appointment because it is slow and takes maybe three attempts before it'll read my card, and doing that entire process three times can waste up to ten minutes! Other than that I've had nothing but good experiences both at the clinic & pharmacy, and inside the store.

wait times are never accurate. And if billing is messed up, good luck getting through to fix it. I had to submit to my insurance myself after being on hold for 90 minutes. NO way to online chat or submit an online request of any sort. My insurance company was able to verify no claim was made online within 4 minutes...

Went in Friday 6/14/19 @ 9am for a strep test. Rapid strep test was negative and was told someone would get back to me via phone call to let me know the results of the 24 hrs strep culture and whether or not I will need to be on antibiotics. It is now 48 hrs later and haven't heard a thing back from them. Tried calling the number listed online and it goes to the target CVS voice-mail.

Waited for well over an hour on a Sunday morning with my 21 month old who quite obviously has strep (her older sister is already on medication for not). The nurse or PA on duty never even spoke to my daughter or tried to build rep-ore, she started off asking me if I even wanted to have an appointment since she probably couldn’t get a swab. (What?!) she “tried” three times but never even put the swab in my daughters mouth. Obviously she wasn’t going to hold her sore mouth wide open but she opened it a bit. My daughter who was in a lot of pain was scared and this woman just stared at her and said “open”. We walked away with nothing but a sobbing baby being told we’d have to go to our primary care clinic when they open tomorrow. How unhelpful and unreliable to not even try to do your job. If I can not count on you to do your job and care for my sick child then I will not be back! We have had plenty of positive experiences with our young children at the Minute Clinic in the Shoreview target including many successful strep tests. I’m frustrated about the bill I’m still going to get even tho she did absolutely nothing! Do not bring your kids to this clinic!
