Edgy Apparel

Took my sons fishing boat there with an older Mercury outboard. That got it mounted correctly, added a new control and got it running great. I highly recommend this place for service!

RUDE AND VERY EXPENSIVE I have taken my pontoon there to just for check up before put in water Dave said it will be 90 plus tax after couple of hours I went there my bill was 208..51 they did not even call me to tell me or get my permission to charge me more than twice and they even charge 5.76 for using my credit card, businesses who charge credit card fee they have sign up front to tell customers. Oil was leaking from the oil tank because they did not tight the cap.I have boat slip nearby it was oil all over in the water someone even call the area DNR Warden they were trying to find out where this oil coming from They have charge me the work they did not even preform like greasing trailer wheels because I was renting that trailer I have asked any warranty the work they have done Dave said there is no warranty for this work I'll never go there again and tell my family and friends

Completely dissatisfied with customer service. I'm a local resident and would rather drive to Milwaukee to get my boat serviced then to deal with these guys ever again. rude and not very welcoming to local residents. Just my opinion, good luck!!!

We have a small cottage not far from Castle Rock Lake in Adams County WI. We took our modest decades-old fish and ski boat up there, but left it in the garage the first season because it hadn't been running reliably, we weren't sure who to trust for service and we were unfamiliar with navigating Castle Rock Lake. Our new neighbor (who is very knowledgeable about boats) suggested Edgewater Marine on county highway Z. They really turned out to be a gem! Our boat has never run better, and the people at Edgewater Marine were really pleasant to work with! When I told them that I hadn't boated on CRL since I was a child they took the time to discuss landmarks and navigation for Castle Rock Lake and cheerfully answered several other questions for us. We're very happy with the service and the information we've received from Edgewater Marine in Friendship Wisconsin!

Local Consumer

Honestly would not recommend. This company caters to their Chicago customers and appears not to care less about the locals. In my opinion this is a poor business practice given the fact that they are trying to succeed in a very small town. Their prices are at least 20% higher than any competition, online or otherwise. They succeed by taking advantage of visitors who have no other option. I would be surprised if they were in business another year; if they are, it's only due to unfortunate circumstances of folks trying to enjoy their vacation.
