We have had a great experience with Sharks swim school. My 5 year old moved to the Sharks program from another local swim school because she wanted to be on swim team and she needed to be swimming with a group that had this mindset. She has made huge improvements in a short time. Also, swimming in a true to size pool is a great learning experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive. Great communication with the parents. Also, we value the assistant coaches, who are high schoolers on the team. My kids love being in the water with both the coach and the assistant. Another bonus is watching the older kids practice. If your child wants to be on team, this is highly motivating for them.

I can’t say enough about Coach Kate and Coach Troy with Sharks Swim Club in Friendswood! We have a 9 year old daughter that is Autistic and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate her needs while teaching her proper swim technique. I initially emailed Coach Kate to ask if they worked with special needs kids and if our child could integrate into their program. She emailed me back within the hour welcoming us and encouraging us to sign up for group lessons! They are always so helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. We are so grateful for the opportunity our child has to learn in a group setting. Thank you for giving our daughter this gift!

Our son (5) started taking lessons with the Sharks back in Sept and we have seen a dramatic improvement in his swimming skills in four months. He’s now moved up into their Discovery pre-team swim team and he loves it. They’re encouraging but also take their sport seriously. Highly recommend!

My son has been in swim school for a year. The instructors and super friendly and understanding. I love the option for make up dates and being able to text your coach for areas of improvement. Cannot wait until we are on Team!

We absolutely loved Sharks Swim School - our 3 year old was terrified to put her head underwater and swim. But after 8 weeks with the Sharks, she was so much more confident and at ease in the water. She can actually swim a short distance, hold her breath, dive under the water, and get to the edge of the pool if she falls in. We plan on doing refresher lessons each year in the future!
