I love the jalapeño cheese pretzels but twice now I have been to this location and no one was correctly wearing a mask over their nose. 2 of the employees were not even wearing gloves. This time I just left.

Went on 1/8/21 - 130pm...2 girls behind the counter had attitudes i asked for a unsalted pretzel...word of advice ...if they try to give you the last one dont take it...wait on a new batch...it was stale and no butter...never going back...and I went there EVERYTIME I go to the mall...unfortunate
Properly cooked pretzels... The lemonade was better than expected... Highly recommended for that quick bite....

I liked it at 1st because as a vegetarian it hard to find places. They have a cheese pretzel but lately haven't been making it due to no time. they say lack of presidents. I guess. Cheese and bread (vs) cheese,pepperoni and bread is an inconvenience.
Asked for three pretzels with pepperoni and was told they didn't have anymore. Bad service employee seemed disturbed. It was Monday at noon. Went to other pretzel place and was told to wait 10 mins for pretzels. My business will always be at other pretzel place from now on.
Very clean, fast and friendly staff
Confused it with Auntie Anne's. Greasy and under cooked, waste of 6 threw it away.
