This store used to be a quality place that was well stocked and had good customer service. Nowadays, the two kids working up front are more interested in talking with one another than providing any assistance. After asking if they could help us, they immediately turned around and couldn't be bothered. Just a couple more pathetic idiots ruining a business that is already going downhill. Anyways, don't waste your time, just go online and order vs. dealing with the morons here.

Review of the store, not the brand or products. Clean store with pretty much everything you can buy from 5.11 in just about every size they make. The people are extremely helpful, and not in annoying, intrusive way. I liked being able to try on different sizes and comparing similar products.

We enjoyed our first visit. No mask mandates, nice people. No tyranny. Next visit they had gotten orders from California corporate HQ - liberal kooks sent orders from on high. They would fire the manager if any customer was seen not wearing a mask. The employees live in fear that they will lose employment and health insurance if they don't herd all the jews and put them on box cars....oooops, I mean follow orders and enforce them exactly as they are told from chain of command. Call corporate, we were told on a follow up visit to exchange. We had already called. That was a joke. Corporate hung up on us. These are poor, suffering people employed by these wack jobs. I'm going to do my par to help them find better employment.
