I wish I came to this store for my original purchase. It is very clean, tons of parking and very friendly staff waiting to help you. Moises (excuse the spelling) was quick to help with my trade in and answered all of my questions. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes!

The representative CARL WAS SO AMAZING AND DESERVES A PROMOTION. He is so helpful and patient. He was training a new member and helping other people. He is a great at multitasking!! And he really cares and went the extra mile too assist me and every one else. It’s as if he runs the place. His customer service is so good that even though I originally went in for home service he was so awesome that I wanted to spend more with them. He advise me of all the great deals like he truly cares to help more than just a salesman. So if you go to this location ASK FOR CARL he is amazing AND WORTH THE WAIT.

Could not replace my SamsungS2 smart watch for me. I had to call Samsung and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for label and envelope to send it back to Samsung!!!! Very bad customer service. They sold it so I should be able to get it replaced there!!! It won't even turn on.DISAPOINTED AGAIN HERE
