These folks were very helpful with the process of us checking out the vehicle they had (2011 Mini Cooper). It was clean, ran well, and handled extremely well on the test drive. They were friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that, they were very helpful when it came time for the purchase. The time we walked in the door to the time we were driving away in our new Mini Cooper was less than time I've waited to just talk with someone at a traditional car dealer! I'd definitely look to doing business with these folks again in the future! Great job guys!
This place has pretty nice cars for fair prices. I had the pleasure of working with Tabi. She was kind and nice doing business with. Auto Elite turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one fairly quickly. They worked with me & they did what they could to get me to leave happy, and I did! I love the BMW that I purchased. Auto Elite DFW made it right and treated me like I was their most important customer. To be clear, I would purchase a car from them again. I trust them to do the right thing because they did it for me. I'm starting off with that because I did not have a perfect buying experience. But they did everything they needed to do to change my mind. And I have not changed my mind about anything, ever. I ended up purchasing a Lexus IS350 a couple months ago. On the way home, it had to be towed, I had to be rescued. And I was also leaving town the next day for a week. It was a terrible helpless, anxious very stressed feeling. We stayed in contact throughout the process -- they do return texts and calls promptly. I bought the warranty and they paid but I know the dealership twisted arms that need twisting to make that happen. The owner of the mechanic shop, who had not worked with this dealership previously, shared with me separately that he could not believe that a dealership would go out of their way the way they did to ensure that I got what I paid for and I was happy. We all expect integrity and good faith and it hardly ever happens so I wanted to share my experience: I was super nervous about buying a higher mileage older car. Then the worse thing that can happen to your new old car happens. I go out of town. I don't need to make any follow up calls to the warranty company or the mechanic or the dealership because they get in touch with me first while I"m out of town. I get back in town. I get my car back better than it was. So, I'm impressed. This dealership has exceeded my high expectations. I would buy another car from them (after a pre-buying check with the mechanic of course). I would recommend this dealership.
I bought my Lexus from these guys in the summer and I couldn't be any happier. Tabi made the process quick and simple and had me out with the car within 30 minutes. These guys are friendly and their priceless are excellent. I highly recommend them.
