Not only did the team quickly identify the issue, they were clear with options and found a solution that got me back into my car back quickly without a big hit to the wallet. I am so very thankful for their transparency and help getting me back on the road so quickly!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had (and we just moved here from California). Cody Coffey was outstanding and have everything ready for us when we arrived. We got a great price on a great truck! Dennis was a pro in getting us through the process and Marcus in finance was straightforward and efficient. We went with a local credit union that Marcus recommended. I can't say enough kind things about the team here. They should be the model for how car buying should be. I felt like a VIP. Thanks ya'll!
My truck (A used 2019 F250 Super Duty 6.2 Liter Gas) purchased from an AutoNation in Austin. has been in the Frisco AutoNation Ford twice in the last 30 days; The first issue was bad APIM (touch screen), failed shortly after purchase. No ones fault, just failed. The second issue; 2 wheel Tire Pressure Sensors failed. TPS' typically last 5 to 10 years, so not sure why this happened. Both issues were resolved, for this, thank you. So why a 4 out of 5 stars? Its not the quality of the work that I give the score I did. The repairs we spot on and the mechanics fixed the issue leaving no evidence of being there. It is the lack of communication by the service manager/s. Not all, but few. I truly believe that you cannot over communicate to the customer/s.
Nichole and Tommy made the buying experience effortless. Tommy gave me an easy run down on the different trim levels on the F-150 as well as took me out on drives in each of them. Nichole went out of her way to find the truck I wanted with the features and color at the Arlington store and delivered it to Frisco for me to drive and ultimately buy. The way the worked together and worked the process was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had in 30 years of buying vehicles... Love my F-150 and will consider this dealership again for our next purchase for sure. Ask to work with Nicole or Tommy!
Jonathan in the service department was absolutely awesome. He was a good communicator, made sure I had a rental car, and was just very pleasant to deal with. Even when the rental car place was trying to charge me a little more than what was originally stated he made sure that they made good on the price they gave me per day, forecasting me no money out of pocket due to my warranty plan. He was very thorough when looking over my car and made sure everything that needed to be fixed got fixed under the warranty.
