Chanel the Patient Care Tech was outstanding and streamlined the process for me getting me in and out with all speed. Carla the Office Manager was great also and toke care of me very well. I highly recommend this office for your diagnostic needs.

Google rapid testing center and found Bluestar Diagnositics. Called and the girl that answered was very helpful. I got a time slot within 15 mins of my call. Parked out front. She came out. Was very gentle with the swabbing and results came back in 20 mins. Cash price for non-insured or receipt provided for reimbursement by insurance company. 159.00 was very reasonable compared to other testing centers much higher.

They have bad customer service, I called a week before to make an appointment for the covid19 test explaining that it was to travel on Sunday, they gave me a copied sheet filled out by hand and paid more than 150 which they did not accept at the airport , I called them to claim and they did not give me any better solution I would have paid 80 in the cvs

Yea I do not recommend ARCpoint labs. They LOST MY BLOODWORK!! YES, I wasted my time and money got blood work done and they LOST MY BLOOD!! They offered to do retesting and that is not an option for me. They had to re-imburse me. I took my business to another lab in town.

I visit this laboratory today referred by my rheumatologist and the lady that was working there said that she can pull me out the blood because she does not feel confortable with my veins, she never insert the needle to try to do her job, I speak with one of the supervisors and asked me to go to a different location. What kind of customer service this people is giving to the patients, this is unbelievable.
