I almost thought they replaced my car with a brand new one! They did an amazing job on the repairs, kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process, and were unbelievably kind all the while! From Justin at the Galleria location to Keller at Downtown Frisco, the customer service was phenomenal! But Keller?! He kept me better informed than my insurance company, at times. He was incredibly kind and SO informative!! I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough! I truly appreciate it and I’ll be singing you all’s praises to anyone that needs repairs done.

I waited over two months for them to return a vehicle to me that was not matching the same condition as it was previously. There was paint overspray and paint runs on the vehicle. Additionally, they caused damage to the vehicle by breaking the driver's side door panel and parking it next to a tree that scratched up the rear hatch area. I have had to pay out of pocket to a different company to have these issues addressed because Caliber Collision would not honor their warranty or correct these issues.
I truly appreciate the service I received from Caliber Collision. An extra special \Thanks\ to Keller for waiting after hours so I could pick up my vehicle due to the fact I got off work late. This truly demonstrates that Caliber Collision strives to give top notch service to their customer because they care and that is exactly what is need during this time. Thank you!
I have used Caliber Collision before and they did excellent body repair work on my vehicle. Today I stopped by with my wife’s SUV to get an estimate to repair 4 scratches along the side of the vehicle that I could not remove myself. Mason took a look at it and said give me 5 minutes, I believe I can buff them out. He did exactly that and did not charge me anything. I told Mason I knew I returned to Caliber for a reason. And he did this for me right at their closing time. That’s what I call first class customer service. Thank you again Mason! I hope your supervisor sees this review. You deserve to be recognized for taking care of returning customers. Thanks again!
Nothing but amazing things to say about this team. Paul and Christian had my back the whole way. Initially they thought my Jeep Wrangler was totaled from the frame damage, but Paul put in a ton of time looking into it and somehow - I got my Jeep back on Christmas Eve! Talk about the best Christmas gift ever! I will forever and always send everyone I know their way and tell them to let these guys take care of it. Attentive, helpful, and so incredibly nice. Incredible customer service, Paul was constantly in touch with me, constantly kept me updated, and is just about one of the nicest people I have ever met and I am SO happy with the outcome! You can't tell that a single thing ever happened! My Jeep looks the best it's looked in a couple years!
