Had to get a drug screening test done for new job, and the staff at CareNow was very prompt and professional. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Whether if it’s any one in my family is sick CareNow has always provided excellent customer service and top notch professional service with great bedside manners. I highly recommend CareNow on Main Street in Frisco, TX The staff is awesome.

I visited this location yesterday and was diagnosed with bronchitis as well as an upper respiratory infection in which the doctor stated I needed to take medication to prevent pneumonia. The pharmacy I had the prescriptions sent to was closed (which was my mistake) so I requested a new location. I have waited 24 hours and the receptionist as well as the nurse (Kaitlyn) repeatedly tell me they are just too busy to send it. Not to mention I repeatedly explained my illness was not COVID related. Took a test in which results were negative, yet my paperwork shows the reason for my visit was COVID related. Wow, way to be of service to your customers and your community. Truly saddened by my experience.

I have been here once before and they were helpful I believe, but when I scheduled today I missed calls at 7 am (which do not appear in my call history?) and thus was told I missed my Appointment and could not check in online anymore. I was then told to come walk in and I would be seen “quickly”, so I drove all the way down there only to be told they had reached capacity for check ins and I would have to check in in a few hours to see if any spots had opened up, but I am not allowed to check in today as I had missed those calls(?).

My son tested positive for Covid earlier today... I mentioned I would be bringing my daughter back to test. We get in for testing later and nurse was needlessly rude... said we shouldn’t have expected a rapid Covid test and the front desk should have told you that. She relented and went ahead and gave daughter a rapid test— but let’s not forget one thing- empathy is important and people are scared, no need to throw process back in a patients face. Address it internally, however I’ll be sure not to come back here because now I know that the rapid tests may not be available. I just found out a family member has Covid and that alone is scary, so don’t doubt why I’d want others in family to be tested. I appreciate you running the test- but let’s show some understanding

One word... RUDE! *** The doctor tells me ,\Well there are worse things than this\when I cringed from taking the Covid test for the first time. I am 3 days from delivery and the test was required by the hospital.. WTH? A mom of three knows that there are worse things. That was not a necessary comment especially from a guy. Where's the empathy and besside manner?
