Mr Greg Kindly Bring My Vehicle At The Door Of My Residential Address Personally. I Remember While There On The Garage Wall Memo That Says Attitude is Everything. I went to get my car serviced and to my dismay. Crest Nissan has a celebrity service advisor. I could not believe my eyes what I was seeing. That Bert is working at Nissan. Let me just say the service was great and the prices were reasonable. I also got an autograph from Bert as well. I’ll definitely will be back here again. While you’re there get the Bert Temple oil change service special. It’s worth it!
Looking at vehicles in their used car section. I gave the sales person my price range and he showed me two vehicles. One a little under my range and the other a little over. He explained how well they prepare their cars for sale. I specifically asked how much that adds to the cost of the car and was told, none, it’s included in the price he would show me. I decided on the higher priced vehicle. We go inside and there is a 2500 dealer added accessories charge. This charge put both vehicles out of my price range. And I felt it was the opposite of the answer I received to my question. I felt a lot of pressure to buy the car. They came down 1k off that fee but still left me well over the top of my original range. They told me every dealer has this fee which is NOT true. Some do some don’t. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews about this hidden fee. The price you see online in their used car inventory does not include this fee. Add 2500 to whatever you see. If you want to leave, expect to be pressured to buy. It was not a pleasant experience. This was after purchasing a brand new vehicle from them in 2019. I was in their system as a repeat customer. I’m disappointed in how this visit went. They lost a would be loyal customer.
I’d been meaning to purchase an affordable and economical car for some time but I had no idea where to start. Sales associate Carlos Robles was knowledgeable and efficient at educating me about the different options that Nissan offered. Personable, kind, and very easy to work with. No pressure. Left exactly with what I was looking for the very same day! I had a great experience and will be returning for future service.
Had a great time at crest Nissan! Was assisted by Carlos Robles! He’s, by far, the best salesman my wife and I have worked with. We have currently purchased 2 new vehicles from him and we look to doing more business with him in the future!!! We appreciate you Carlos!
