Recently, I bought a car from Crest Volvo in Frisco, TX. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their excellent service. Maxwell Caplin and Billy Delgado were the 2 salesmen who helped me in purchasing the car. Jorge Ramirez who did all the paperwork was amazing to work with. These gentlemen are professionals and were very polite, courteous and treated me very respectfully. They answered all my questions and made me very comfortable throughout the entire process. Besides these three gentlemen, other staff members whom we came across were very friendly and courteous. Overall I had a great experience
The best customer service I've experienced in a while. The valet service was easy to set up through the all. The updates on when the driver left the dealership and when they were outside, were extremely helpful! Thank you!
I want to first start off by saying that I myself have been a part of a dealership in the past working in finance, so I KNOW the deal. Firstly, their customer service is spectacular even down to the receptionist and phone handlers. We had the pleasure of working with Davius, George and Justin who were nothing less than amazing. They were honest and really worked with us to get us such a beautiful car. I can not recommend this dealership enough!!! You will not regret doing business with them, trust me!
