I had various foot issues. And after surgery I had difficulty walking, finding and keeping my balance. I was able to visit Custom Footworks within days of being referred by my Podiatrist. The staff is responsive, friendly and supportive. From the moment I met Larry I knew I had come to the right person. He was careful, efficient, caring and didn’t settle until the inserts he made for me were absolutely perfect. The biggest shocker - a previous company had taken more than three months to get me the inserts I needed. Larry makes them on the premises while you wait! That was amazing. This was a great experience and I can finally, after almost 12 months, walk confidently and comfortably. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Larry at Custom Footworks is absolutely great and I HIGHLY recommend him. He is knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, and... a good listener to boot! Most of all he is dedicated to finding the right solution for you and your foot/feet. And he will do whatever he possibly can to get things as right as can be. THANK YOU, Larry, for working with me on my very problematic feet (and especially my heel).

By Far the best place for those who need custom shoe orthotics. I work for the Railroad and can be on my feet for 10-12 hours a day, after using the custom fit orthotics I’m not sore or feeling any pain in my feet or lower back.

I went to Larry based on a referral from the orthopedist I'd been seeing for my plantar fasciitis. Being recommended by a doctor gave me an extra level of confidence in his abilities. I have been wearing custom orthotics for 2 years now and have never had another issue with my feet and I think it has helped my back pain as well. All of the PT, cortisone injections and strange foot contraptions the doctor gave me couldn't do what these babies do for me. They aren't cheap but well worth the investment. Just this week I took them in to be ecovered\ as I apparently dig in with my toes when I walk and was pleasantly surprised that he did not charge me for the service. Just another reason I'm so glad to have found them!

Had more problems with these orthotics than without. Made an appointment to have them looked at for a 2nd time but was called with a bad attitude and was told they would refund my money. That’s great but the professionalism was nonexistent and the orthotics were useless. So if you really have foot issues you won’t get help unless the orthotics are perfect for you the first time. See a real Dr. who does orthotics.
