I worked for Justin Brown. In my offer letter it stated that raises would be based on performance at 6 months. Well 6 months came around, no review. 8 months I asked \How about my performance review Justin?\ He stated he changed the policy to 1 year. How do you change a company policy and not inform your employees? It was around December 1st, Justin said \Well I can give you a raise or you can get your Christmas bonus.\ I didn't see what one had to do with the other but after careful consideration I chose the raise along with resentment towards Justin. He gets the cheapest labor from undocumented workers and doesn't pay well.

We are extremely happy with our outdoor living space which included a pool remodel, decking, fire table, landscaping and small putting green. The EOL team and our PM Colby did a great job through a challenging time with the pandemic. We definitely recommend them!
