Came in last night around 6pm with a flat tire that was a result of a patch job that didn’t last. Rick was the one who helped me with everything and I really appreciated his time and patience with me. He was able to look at the tire and replaced it with a brand new one for free. He was super helpful and a pleasure to chat with. With everything going on in today’s world it’s nice to genuinely talk to someone so nice. Thank you again Rick for everything and for your service!
Called them Saturday morning, about a flat tire. They were able to see where I purchased it from and warranty details. Brought the car late in the afternoon, they were honest about turn around time. Car was ready next day, problem solved. Simple and easy was the communication, and transaction. I ALSO NOTICED HOW NEATLY THEY PUT THE SPARE TIRE AND TOOLS BACK. This was my experience. Thanks guys again.
