Justin got us set up with making sure we had everything we wanted built into our new build pool. Gene was our project manager and communicated with us just about every single day, we never had to ask \when is ____ getting done\ which with an already hectic work schedule was incredibly valuable to my family. We had a minor snag in the process and had the pleasure of working directly with Erik, who not only made everything right for us but allowed for us to be even happier with our new investment! All the headaches of buying and building a new pool were non-existent due to the great teamwork, communication, and professionalism of this crew!
Driver in a gold medal pool truck with a 12ft trailer stopped dead in the middle of the exit ramp on DNT and Eldorado. Cars had to use the limited shoulder to emergency stop and took multiple drivers honking to “wake” the gold medal pools truck driver back up for him to clear the highway exit ramp. I called the company number to report the license plate and wasn’t asked any details of the incident, driver or contact information. Come spring when it’s time for our pool maintenance and my neighbors as well, I’ll be avoiding this company. If this how professionally they drive I’d be even more concerned for the professionalism on a work site.
I recently had a very beautiful pool designed and built by Gold Medal pools. Mary S. did a great job designing the layout and blue print of one of the most extraordinary back yard layout I've ever seen. Keith G. was my foreman / superintendent on the job. Keith was always present and visited the job site everyday or as needed. He always showed up each and every time a new scope of work was going to start. He went over my needs and concerns with all the workers. Everybody that I met, dealt with, and saw working at my house was very kind, always smiling showing they loved what they did, and they were respectful of my property & belonging. They did a great job cleaning up and now I have a truly beautiful back yard set up. The project did take about 4 months, which was anticipated. There were some delays due to weather, and getting materials and coordinating the right person in and out. Keith G. was on top of it all. He would e-mail me every morning letting me know what was going to happen. Weather it was materials getting delivered or workers showing up. Overall this is a great company that runs on great foundations of customer service, superior products, and a great staff that really delivers a 5* package. I highly recommend you give them a call and have them give you a consultation. Make sure you ask for Keith G. for a superintendent. Keith was a pleasure to work with and I'm completely satisfied with the overall process. Thank you Gold Medal Pools!
