My motorized shades are not only beautiful but the blackout backing blocks out all of the unwanted light. My sales representative, Greg, helped me choose just the right product and fabric for my room. The lead time was relatively fast for a custom order and I'm 100% satisfied with my shades. I will use Gotcha Covered again.

Gotcha Covered had exactly what we were looking for in terms of product, price, and service. We now have a beautiful shade across our large bay window in the kitchen, and blackout shades in the game room upstairs. They also replaced a set of blinds in the side window to our front door with a perfectly-matched replacement. I recommend them highly to anyone!

Awesome experience. Lots of options and guidance was given. Laurie is great and have recommended her to others. Quick to fixed small issues I had and all install personnel were profession and friendly.
