BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A COLLECTION AGENCY. THEY WILL REPRESENT THEMSELVES AS HELP TO APPLY FOR SERVICES. WHEN THEY CAN'T GET YOU THE SERVICES THEY PROMISED THEY WILL GET YOU INTO A PAYMENT PROGRAM. WHEN YOU ARE 3 OR 4 PAYMENTS IN THEY WILL REVOKE THE PLAN AND MAKE YOU PAY THE FULL BALANCE OR THEY WILL REPORT TO CREDIT AGENCY. NOW THEY HAVE ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY HELPED YOU WITH YOUR SERVICES' APPLICATIONS. SO, IT MAKES IT VERY EASY FOR THEM TO TRY AND COLLECT. DO NOT EVEN TALK TO THIER PEOPLE, THEY WENT AS LOW AS COMING INTO MY HOSPITAL ROOM SAYING THE HOSPITAL, I WAS IN, SENT THEM TO COMPLETE A MEDICAID APPLICATION. I HAD JUST COMPLETED THE APPLICATION WITH MY CASE WORKER FROM THAT VERY HOSPITAL . I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MISSOURI, MET WITH THEM TODAY. THEY ARE DOING AN INVESTIGATION INVOLVING MISSOURI MEDICAID, BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT CAME INTO MY ROOM SAID SHE WAS A \REPRESENTIVE FROM MEDICAID\ WHICH WAS A STRAIT OUT LIE.

This is a wonderful company that selflessly serves and bridges a huge gap assisting people who may be uninsured to help cover medical expenses. Highly recommend.
Our son is in the hospital and we needed help getting Medicaid for his extensive and expensive surgeries and treatment; without the treatment, he would not survive. That said, Medicaid denied his case. HCFS, their employees Debra and Karen helped us through the process. They went to bat for us, filing and refiling appeals. With their compassionate, conscientious attention to our situation, we felt like someone was on our side! And, they were successful. He now has financial assistance and can have the surgery he needs. We are very grateful.
Don’t apply here .. they will hire you just to lay you off in 3 months . Half of the company was let go without anyone getting a heads up , there were no meetings or anything to tell us anything that would happen. They let us show up to work just to find out the badges weren’t working. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, we were then sent to an office to be told they were laying us off. Yes this is HCFS Inc on internet blvd. I feel they should of at least given us a notice or chance to find something else before being let go like that. Just like employers like a 2 week notice, employees would like one too. Oh and we got an agreement in the mail 2 weeks later where it said we weren’t re hirable. My manager Angela was amazing other than that this company was all a lie.. apply at ur own risk.
Debra was wonderful! She helped me so much in a time I had so much going on with my baby being in the hospital. I'll be forever thankful!!
