Awesome School with great Owner, Manager, Front Desk and Teachers! Clean facility with amazing playgrounds in the heart of west Frisco. If you want to know before hand if a school is a good fit for your child or not, look at the students! The way the students behave and their general demeanor with say it all because it simply reflects how they have been treated! I recommend this school to anyone living in the area.

We admitted our toddler and had a very bad experience.They are highly money and business minded.Poor infrastructure , not a single refrigerator or microwave in toddler room.Lack of sufficient toys, kids are forced to sit in high chair(hardly 2-3 for 10 kids!!) or they just sit on floor.The food served, does not match with their menu.No special attention for new comers.They expect the younger toddler will be smart enough to eat/do their activities themselves.If you complain or request anything, they feel parents are demanding(as it is something charity they are doing!!)
My child's overall behavior has improved since we signed on at Kiddie Academy. The teachers have genuine interest and concern for the children. We have personally been able to sit down and work out plans of action for our child with her teachers. The facility is lovely as well. Brand new and well maintained spacious facility. We love everything about this school environment.
Horrible experience. The “teachers” here are nothing more than day care attendants. I am the guardian for my niece and she learned a lot more at her previous learning center. Here the teachers I saw just sit all day going through papers and the kids are left to play with blocks or role play with different costumes. The curriculum they claim to teach is just on paper, they do not teach anything relevant to preparing a child for kindergarten. Looks nice from the outside but the staff is not friendly nor welcoming. I received many cold stares or “look-aways” whenever I made some courteous gesture like a smile or a hello. If you bring these concerns up, they always say “well that’s surprising”. Actually it isn’t. I found out there is a high turnover rate here both with students and faculty. All in all, a very poorly managed child day care. Not recommended at all.
Glorified daycare. High turnover of teachers. Inexperienced and unqualified teachers have replaced the ones that were actually good. Found teachers on their phones while ignoring kids, some screaming at kids, and some just sitting down doing nothing. Suppose to follow an academic curriculum but because high teacher turnover, was never followed. Waste of money coming here. All the kids that my kids started with have withdrawn from this daycare center. Nothing to see here.
