I wanted to wait several months before providing a review. I started my first treatment in August 2020, and have gone every month since. I will start with the fact that everyone there has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have had to reschedule appointments last minute a few times, and I am always able to speak with someone on site, and get it rescheduled right away. Now on my treatments. I have put off laser hair removal for so long (I have been thinking about it for over 4 years). The initial process was very simple, and there are affordable options (monthly payments are available). I have had 5 treatments, and I can honestly say that I have seen a major (I mean MAJOR) difference. The hair is almost entirely gone, and what is left is thinner/finer and less noticeable. I still have 4 or All of my treatments were done by a nurse practitioner which makes the process a lot more comfortable. It also helps that each treatment was very quick and efficient. If you have been putting this off, don't waste any more time and just jump for it.

The laser hair removal works when you can get in. Since first signing up scheduling has been the worst part of this. They are only concerned with people signing up and paying in advance but can’t handle the volume. They are usually booked 3-4 weeks out. So you pay only for them to treat you like a non customer and they have no sympathy or compassion about it. Dallas customer
Too expensive.... seriously you want to charge 350.00 plus for clear and brilliant?!? Women, don’t be so naive to pay a crazy amount by flushing money down the toilet on something that you need multiple sessions on... right smack in the middle of Covid. They can get away with this due to high clientele for other laser treatments so I get it. But to charge what they’re charging, they lost their minds.
They've been open since early June, I've called them a total of 8 times to continue my schedule appointments. 6 out of those 8 times I've left a message. I have still not received a call back from them to schedule my appointments. The phone will just ring and ring and ring, & eventually let you leave a message, however no one will ever pick up, & clearly won't give you a call back. Ialso emailed them 3 times, & have not received a reply back since June. I purchased the Clear and Brilliant & have already paid in full, and honestly I haven't been happy with my results. My skin looks exactly the same. My pores haven't reduced in size, my pigmentation is still on my cheeks, & acne scars are still there from whence I started my first treatment. I got this treatment for my wedding, which is in 30 days now. I'm incredibly displeased with the service, & overall treatment of this facility. If I could get a refund on the remaining treatments I haven't done, I'd love that since it was in the 1000s for nothing being done, however I doubt it. I just want to get my services done and be done with this horrible place, however that's apparently too much to ask for.
Awesome customer service! All the staff is so friendly from the people at the front desk to the nurses! Thanks for a great experience
