We had a double iron door with transom installed and it was perfect. The process from start to end was amazing. We were able to custom design the door with their expert advice. The customer service was amazing with great and frequent communication on status. They were always there to answer our questions. The installation was flawless and the installers were professional and efficient. The installation, brick work and painting was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Love that Door.

Our experience with LTD has been exceptional to say the least. Since the moment we visited their showroom in Grapevine, we were fascinated by the quality of their product and the super helpful staff. Upon submitting a design idea to LTD, their design team worked with us tirelessly to draw it up. After a few iterations, we reached our final design. The team gave us very good ideas as well to incorporate into our design. The execution team was highly skilled and very attentive to details. They arrived on time, focused on getting the job done, and left us with a state-of-the-art outcome. We couldn't be happier right now. It did take a few months to deliver the door, but I must say that it is so much worth the wait. I'd rather wait and be patient to receive our dream door, than rush and get a poor quality product. Wonderful experience. Stopped by Frisco location and spoke to Steve. I provided measurements of my door and advised our situation that we needed a door right away. He provided 2 doors in stock. Picked out the door we wanted. He showed sample color, handles and glass style. The best part about the door it has a screen. Glass opens up. He Scheduled for door to be installed. Door installers were great. Door looks fantastic. I love that door!

Great Experience. So we finally bought a metal front door. Been wanting one forever. It was installed Saturday and it is perfect. The process was smooth and we love that the door can be customized any way you want. They will be painting the trim inside and outside to match the door (included with the purchase) then it will look even better. See our before and after pics. So much more light in our foyer - exactly what we wanted.
