You are on your own when it comes to finding stuff. Not everything is stocked, could be due to COVID-19. prefer ordering ahead online before visiting store.
I purchased balloons online for curbside delivery. They sent me 2 text messages that the order was ready. I decided since I was nearby to pick them up. I pulled into the curbside slot and attempted to call the store. The phone literally rang for 20 dials until it was routed to voicemail. I went into the store. Not only did they not have my order, but they let me know that if I wanted to wait it would be 45 minutes - 60 minutes. I am totally confused as to why they would tell me it was ready and make me drive out of my way. I think this will be our last trip to Party City. There are too many other companies that actually have service!
The staff guys were pretty slow with an extremely long line but the store was well stocked. We love the party decorations.
Firnah the cashier went above and beyond to help me in getting my son's off to a great start. I need to get some party supplies and balloons. She helped me out a great deal I couldn't have figured out what I wanted to get without her. When you walk in the door she greets you with a smile when you walk in. She also helps you when you are trying to pick out the best balloon bouquet. If I had to pick the employee of the month she would be the one I would pick.
