I had an excellent experience working with James Wakefield to first quickly mitigate and dry the water damaged areas and then Shawn Johnston to coordinate the repairs. Through the whole process, they worked with my insurance provider to make sure that everything that needed repair would be accounted for, and left my house better than when I moved in. Shawn even went above and beyond, helping this first time homeowner understand more about what things to watch out for over time to prevent further issues in a number of areas.

I had two separate water damage incidents at my house in 2.5 years that were so extensive my floors had to be ripped out down to the dirt in the crawl space. The first time my house was almost 100% gutted including kitchens, bathrooms, and dry wall. I know, I'm a very unlucky home owner. The first time my insurance company recommended Paul Davis and I went with them. It was a good experience and was very satisfied with the work. When it happened the next time I went with them again and the work was phenomenal. Even with the extensive repairs, including all new wood floors, new bathroom, and painting all rooms, there wasn't one thing I want happy with or had to ask them to correct or do. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Jeff Nelson @ Paul Davis. He’s extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with and moreover knows exactly what needs to be done to get you back in your house after a disaster. Jeff treats his customers like they’re his own family and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of. I highly recommend him and his firm.

One of the worst experiences in my life. Totally unprofessional and inept. Blamed the insurance company for their shortcomings. Rude when asked questions. Never knew when they would be coming. Never lived up to a schedule. Hired inferior subcontractors. Poor workmanship with no supervision nor checks on work by Paul Davis. We hired another company to correct their ineptitude. Beware to anyone who uses Paul Davis. Stay clear!
