Quality of work was decent but we had communications issues ultimately resulting in a less than desirable experience. I did receive a small credit as the owner felt bad but I ultimately decided to accept the product delivered and move one. I thought the process was going to be much more collaborative. I met with him once after he received payment for a few minutes. He was late hence the credit. Other than that one meeting we emailed back and forth a few times. Hopefully your experience will differ but in hindsight I wish I would have went with the company I have redoing everything now in the first place as the collaboration and communication is top notch. I didn’t realize what I missed out on until I start with the new company, leading me to feel like I wasted my money with this company. I gave two stars because the product provided was decent.

The service provide was outstanding. Eric and his team where willing to go above and beyond to put a great plan together for us. The team was very professional, courteous, and willing to give advice. Our banker and team noticed the high quality of the plan that was put together for us. We were funded and much had to do with the first impression given by the business plan we were able to show.
