in the instruction booklet , read that need to hook the Ethernet cables, but all the cables same color, and did not have labels on them . and Called technician sounded like he was mumbling could not hear correctly and asked if he was coming today or tomorrow and he was scheduled today at 8 pm , waited for hr and half nothing. until called customer service and finally got help ... terrible techs
I had an attendant that was hurrying me up and unpolite. I had to ask for another one to attend me after waiting a long time. They also have a camouflaged manager that didn't step up or did anything to change my bad impression. They have to take much better care of their customers and provide much clear information after a plan change. The confirmation email that I got is not what I was told and the price is different of what I was told.
Helpful people even though I returned all their equipment and no reason why. Thanks for making that whole debacle worry free.
Location is central and convenient. The store is clean and very well organized. The customer service representative are kind and knowledge. I was able to get my issue resolved, lower my bill, and upgrade my equipment all in one visit.
