TBH it depends on who you get to speak to that day. Yesterday, the lady that \helped\ me was just rude... I hope she has a better day today.
Junk service and opportunities!
Visited 10/3/2018 just before 2pm to ship 2 packages. It is a small office inside the City Hall office. There was no line. But what made the visit perfect was the outstanding service and care. The clerk pointed out that one of my boxes was a flat rate box and since what I am shipping is very light, it would be cheaper to use a different size box but non flat rate. She helped me re-boxed and shipped it as it should be. Thank you Postal Service. Keep up the good work.
