I saw the PA Friday 1/29 the staff and her are all super friendly, the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. I do feel like the PA had no idea why i was there i was told prior to the appointment i could be seen Friday because the solution they needed to do allergy testing on me would be there Thursday. When the PA came in we talked a lot about my personal life a little about the actual reason i came in, as she was about to leave I had asked her OK well am I doing the allergy testing? she said “I don’t think that you’re doing that today” so I was a bit confused because that’s exactly what I made the appointment for She left and had the medical assistant come back in to tell me I could do the allergy testing today but it would be an additional charge which is fine I was told I would pay 35 but ended up paying 70. I did do the allergy testing and when the testing was done the medical assistant then told me OK this is what you’re allergic to and I never saw the PA to go over anything i came to this appointment for. I honestly really do like the physician assistant I just wish I would’ve been addressed on the situation that I came for. I feel like i waisted money because i didn’t get to speak to anyone about what my next steps are.

Thank you to the team this evening, I signed up on there website and I received txt msgs and email notification from GoGetTested.com. They will text you a QR Code for them to scan when you are in the drive-thru and I was in and out within 5 minutes. They will let you know your COVID-19 test results will be available in 48-96 hours.
STAY AWAY! These 5 star reviews cannot be real must be friends or relatives. I wish I could give this office a 0! I don’t know where to start. Initially I thought I found a new PCP. Boy was I wrong. They never return calls, I had to call several times to receive test results, they do not keep accurate records of visits. I called over a week ago and left a message and surprise! No callback. It’s because they can’t tell me what medicine they’ve been injecting in me over the last month. When my new doctor’s office called the answer from staff was “I don’t know”.. The front staff is not knowledgeable and very young. Go to a real office with real seasoned staffs.
Dr. Khan and the entire staff are wonderful. Very courteous, respectful and listen to your needs. Since visiting Dr. Khan, my husband says that I have more energy and pep in my step and I have to agree with him. Highly recommend WellHealth Frisco and Dr. Khan. Kristin and Alyssia are very attentive to my needs every time I have been to see Dr. Khan. Kevin at the check-in desk was exceptionally helpful.
Just to start off, I have to say that this is the best doctor's office and most helpful primary care that I have ever had in my entire life. Every staff member that I have come into contact with has been authentic and genuine, which is hard to come by now days. Everyone is very friendly and inviting from the front desk staff (Tina) up the ladder through the Nurse (Patricia) to Nurse Practitioner (Kristen) and all the way up to the doctor (Dr. Kahn). They listen to your needs and help in every way possible. I have never spent so much time in an appointment speaking with doctors how I am able to here in this office. Amazing relationships here through this doctor's office. I had to call in an emergency appointment on one occasion and they were still able to get me a visit on the very same day I called. I couldn't ask for more from a Primary Care - they truly provide the best of the best care amongst all of the others. I would recommend this office to absolutely anybody who is looking for quality care!
