Our computer crashed on a Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning, I dropped the computer off and due to the age of it, I purchased a new desktop computer. Within a day, Craig had everything we needed transferred from the old computer to the new one. The price was VERY reasonable and it's comforting to know if I ever have a problem, they will stand behind their product. You don't get this kind of service from the big box stores or Amazon. Highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough that people should about this place. Staff is rude and not knowledgeable whatsoever. Services are over priced as well

I had a 1 year old All-In-One computer (just beyond warranty of course) that began shutting off and restarting. I dropped it off to Royal Oak and they had it fixed within a few days at a very reasonable cost. While I was there, I found out that the laser toner I was buying from a \box store\ was much cheaper at Royal Oak. I will be getting my ink and toners from Royal Oak Computers from now on!
