The representative Macario Lopez was so unprofessional and disrespectful to my mother. As he raised he's voice at her. Gave us wrong poorly instructions on where exactly wait for our bus. That error made us wait one hour and a half more. To people that is tired and exhausted from a long trip. This is so unprofessional. The bus stop is at the back of the building and you should wait for you bus behind the building as well.

35 round trip fare. Friendly Staff. Well trained bus drivers. All you need is warm fuzzy blanket to take nap while traveling.
