My Internet and tv are down and will be down til they get to me 7 days from the call. My neighbor s is down too. They are the worst company ever in quality and service, the worst. Zero stars!

Even though I never got the service which isn't right the technicians I talked to on the phone were very nice this is my situation I was due to have service installed the technician came to my residence I have no phone line I have no phone line they can't install I had phone service several years ago but since cell phones came about I didn't need house phone I don't know what happened to my phone line I was told they would have to put a pole in and I guess they can't do that any longer I don't really understand that because my phone line ran from the pole across the street they didn't have an answer for me on that so I guess you really don't want my business

Internet started out great but quickly went downhill. I had to call them about 10 times only for the internet to get better for 1-2 days then go right back to where is was. Worst customer service I had to deal with. Had people in and out of the house on multiple occasions just to tell me nothing was wrong and head on out. Never again Frontier. I hope I forget your company ever existed.
