Cannot upgrade my router with one I bought for 700. Because frontier wants to only use their own routers apparently. Call to get answers and no pick up then they close. Online is no help! And my service from the my internet connection and service is slow and sucks. But can’t switch to suddenlink because they do not service the area we are located at!

They were ok when I had them, but when I moved out of their service area that is when their rating went from 4 stars, and if I could it would be no stars because of their dishonesty. I turned all my equipment to a local office and told the employee I was moving. The company kept trying to bill me for three months of service I had disconnected. They are really going to have to clean up their act before I spend another penny with them

This is the worst internet company I've ever used. The connection is slow and inconsistent, they raised my bill without notice, when I tried calling customer service the call went straight to a sales pitch and then disconnected (three times, so it's not like it was a fluke), I finally went to another page to find a different number. When I finally got ahold of an agent to cancel service, I found out there is a disconnect fee. I don't even have the words to describe how much I loathe this company right now.

They continue to say they offer internet in our area. I.E. signs posted in the area, constantly get flyers in the mail offering. But yet when you call they say they have stopped offering Internet for this area for at least 2 years. THEN STOP SAYING THAT YOUR OFFERING IT. STOP POSTING IT. STOP SENDING EVERYONE IN THE AREA FLYERS ONCE A MONTH
