Tried to visit this location. Not a Frontier store. Recording says to visit their website for store locations...Texas isn’t even listed as an option. Really?

Call customer service and they just hang up on you. I pay 100 per month for internet only, and it doesn't work. Cant watch a simple YouTube video. Save your money go elsewhere.
Frontier no longer replaces batteries in their equipment. it's a special 12v battery and an alarm goes off (loud high pitched beep every 15 minutes or so) when it needs to be replaced or if it has been removed. they can't say it wasn't their equipment, bc all the service runs through that box and they replaced that battery in the past.
The WORST service! Their own employee cam to install my cable, didn't even start the job, told me it would be a WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY, DIDNT STEP FOOT INTO MY HOME, NOR BRING OUT ANY EQUIPMENT from his truck! I dont even have frontier service , NEVER WILL and I am being billed for it. The customer service reps are just as crappy as their supposed services
Bad company bad service Costumer service close the line and if they answer put you on hold for 30 minutes My suggest any one to use this compony They send me wrong bill Agent know thing Supervisor always busy and they don’t answer Very bad company.
