The staff at the FM1464 location was AWESOME!!!!!! Dr. Fitzgerald, Alissa and Luis are wonderful, kind, considerate and of course very professional people! I suffer from a form of migraine that is very debilitating. I’ve had this disease for over 17 years and it’s difficult to manage. My usual trip to the ER is to be given fluids, a pill and judgement if I even think of asking for pain medication. Dr. Fitzgerald and her team changed all that for me. I was treated as a true patient that needed help and they gave it to me. Words can not explain how it made me feel not be judged before they even knew who I was. They worked diligently with me. Listening to me and answering any questions that I had. What made it special was the fact that prayers were given up for me on my behalf. This is no ORDINARY ER! These professionals actually care about all people that come through their doors! I will encourage and recommend family and friends to this ER if they ever have an emergency.

This is an excellent FULL SERVICE EMERGENCY ROOM right in your neighborhood. Skip the urgent care clinics around town. Offering MRI and imaging services on site they are ready to help. The staff was warm and friendly - while being professional, efficient and helpful. The facility itself looks new, as it’s very well kept. Everything is very clean and orderly. The tools and equipment is new and all patient rooms are well stocked. They don’t seem to spare any expense to make sure you receive the best treatment and care. Zelda, at the front desk put us at ease, and helped us through a few forms. Even came out to pick them up from us, and see if we had any questions or needed help. Friendly and very relatable. Once inside our nurse, Jasmine, was also very efficient and helpful, she came and went a few times getting things ready. Not very long after, our doctor: Dr Fitzgerald, came in and made us feel welcome and at home. She quickly gave us her diagnosis, and answered any questions we might have. Took very good care of us, and took her time with us. Not long after we were on our way. I would highly recommend the care provided at this facility to friends and family.
Frontline ER is a top notch ER facility. I was impressed with their facility, having just about everything to handle an emergency. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. Their staff was super friendly and handled my case promptly. Although I am also hesitant on going to a medical facility, I was quite impressed with the service that Frontline ER gave me. I would always recommend their facility to anyone in need of ER assistance.
Was very sick and hurting I Uber here and I forgot my ID witch was my fault so I came back and the male nurse was very rude that this was my 2th time there with the same condition, the doctor was very nice and professional and really helped me out but the nurse had a bad attitude with me so disappointed I loved this place but one person don’t make what this company is about , and he slept instead of giving me the meds the doc ordered!!!
I am go glad we have a place like this in our neighborhood. I was having so much pain from what I thought was a kidney stone. They took my insurance and my ID and rushed me right in the back. Great staff, great service.
