Fruitful Yield stores are owned by Now Foods. I like to call them Now and Then Foods. You can find much cheaper prices on amazon for most products in this store. Second, the nutritionists at Larabee Herbs down the street know way more about nutrition than any employee at Fruitful Yield. Third, I do have a medical condition where I cannot medically tolerate a mask. I was told that I cannot shop at the store without a mask. Is this really a NATURAL health food store? The Illinois Department of Health website states: \Everyone over the age of 2 who can MEDICALLY TOLERATE a face covering over their nose and mouth must wear one in a public place when unable to maintain a safe distance (6 feet) from others.\ I cannot medically tolerate a mask so I was told to leave the store and that I can order online. Well guess what? I don't have to go through the inconvenience of ordering online and pay extra for shipping and be barred from the store. I can just walk down the street to another health food store. I've regrettably spent a lot of money at this store and with NOW Foods in general but now I'm taking my money elsewhere. I will NOT be doing business with NOW's professional branded products \Protocol for Life Balance\ either and I'll be sure to tell my colleagues to avoid this company.
This store is clean and well maintained. The employees are friendly and welcoming. Everyone was properly wearing masks.
