I’ve been with Fry’s for years and came to the conclusion that customer service is furthest from amazing. The last straw was having leaving the drs office with my daughter whom was with severe allergies/ bloody mucous and the pharmacy was closed by 7pm. Then the next day they text me to let me know that her meds were ready. I waited in line for a good while and with confidence grabbed the bag and went home;open the bag and all they sent with was ibuprofen with a pink note telling me her insurance didn’t cover her antibiotics. They could have called me ahead to let me know this.
