I completely recommend this company!!! I recently receive my trailer, I purchased a 20x8 for vegan food and I absolutely love it. The whole process was smooth and easy thanks to Miss Emma, who answered every single email (And I sent a lot) The trailer came out great, they took a little extra time to make sure everything was good with the codes and regulations and my inspection passed the first time. Overall, great service, great product!

I have no idea what is going on with these people. I have been trying to call them for almost a week now but no one care to reply. I went there personally and spoken to one guy, he gave me the card and promised that he will answer the phone and provide good customer service. He ain’t answering either now. I am hesitant to spend my money with this company. None of the phone numbers is working. I honestly think it is a fake business.
Trailer took about three weeks to build which i was happy about and good price. The reason for two stars was after picking up the trailer then driving home, the stove flipped off the platform onto the floor and got dented and all the exhaust vents fell sum dentedand all the platform welds went sturdy causing all the equipment to shake and bang into each other. I asked for all new equipent but hot water tank had a big dent in it and wouldn't stay hot and yes it was new batteries. The guy that worked on it said it was old and the gas wasn't flowing properly due to gas leaks they said they'll fix it but ignore all my calls . And last night the waste water leaks everywhere due to bad welds!!
Thank you so much Ms. Emma, she was great from the start to finish. She was very patient with the whole process, answered all my question. Over all, I look forward on doing more business with Emma in the future!
