Jay was on a jobsite, and was able to help troubleshoot over the phone my issue. So thankful he took the time to help a customer. Not many businesses take the time to help or call back their customers. That in my eyes is GREAT cutomer service.

Looked for Fuel Production on FB but couldn’t find it.... must be my age.. lol. Look, if you need a quality system and a professional installation look NO Further. Call Jay. I had a system put in my martial arts school last year, headset with mic, three televisions, Apple TV, Bose stereo system...top-of-the-line first class system. Jay did a wonderful job installing it and maintaining it.
Fuel Productions installed my Bose system several years ago. Tonight I installed a new DVD and did something to the Bose. I send a text to Fuel Productions and immediately got a phone call from the owner who “walked me through” fixing the Bose system as well as helping me program my DVD so it now conveniently works through the Bose remote. This was a late night, “above and beyond” the call response giving assistance. They installed the Bose system years ago and the system works perfectly. Nevertheless it is great knowing I have a team that is always ready to reach out and help.
