After receiving an email stating the sales email address I emailed did not exist (one listed on your website), I called the toll free order number to ask about an item's pricing and to place an order. Just three words into my question, I was interrupted with a "If you're asking a question, make it quick or email it to me. We don't really do customer service stuff." Astounded as I was at this rudeness, I tried to press on (my question simply being: will the price lower if I order a larger quantity). I was again interrupted while trying to ask the question, this time with a huff and a "I said email me!" Don't want my business? Fine by me. You've lost a possible customer and I will definitely warn anyone else who looks to work with you. Just awful.
