You can tell this company has a HEAVY advertising budget, yet their prices are competitive on almost all items, AND their HPN branded heat presses are an amazing value. Further their tech support and customer service are exceptional. I rarely leave positive feedback but my experience with HPN has been very positive and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Excellent customer service this far!!! I purchased the 8 in 1 signature heat press after watching various you tube videos, google, searching Amazon, reading reviews etc. T-shirt side hustle , I believe his name to be on YouTube advised- invest in good press so my original plan to buy one for 200 ended up being much more but I feel confident after educating myself and being afraid to get one without a good warranty or phone support. I emailed after hours, on holiday weekend and EDDIE Z of HPN responded! My email “I placed an order Thursday 2/11/2021, the 8-1 heat press. It did not give me an option to add the warranty and I called earlier this week, prior to the purchase and was told I can add it once I order by calling. She explained that at times, online does not allow one to add at the time of purchase because only the hot press is covered, not the attachments. I still want to move forward with the warranty for the hot press machine. I have not received my delivery yet but wanted to outreach to let you know my intentions regarding adding the extended warranty...” He sent me an invoice via email, I paid invoice and he responded again over the weekend. I have not received my press as of yet but satisfied that I was able to connect with someone when needed. I read reviews from other companies who complained they couldn’t get in contact with other companies, missing parts, etc. Patiently awaiting my heat press scheduled for tomorrow 2/16/2021 ( due to bad weather). Thanks heat press nation.Well done on video explaining which press is best. Kudos again to Eddie Z!!!

I have placed a few orders with Heat Press Nation and have been very pleased with my experience! Recently, my order was assigned an incorrect tracking number. I could not access my info, and this was a time sensitive order. I contacted customer service and Eddie resolved my problem promptly and professionally!
