Juanita Cooke Greenbelt Trail

Good for kids
First time at Juanita Cooke trail. Trying to check the different ones out to see how they compare. I have to say that it was a good walk and I have to say that I enjoyed it. I would say that if you luve in the area to give it a shot, you never know what good trails are there till you try it.

Straight forward hike in two parts with a short walk through a neighborhood in between, about five and a half miles round trip. There were some really dope spots on this trail - you walk on a bridge over train tracks and pass Laguna Lake, there's even an adorable bench made out of tree trunks. Also when you get to the end you're so used to having houses and trees on either side of you that when you suddenly don't, the city kind of opens up to you, which is neat. At the end of the day though, most of the trail is just walking down a samey path viewing a bunch of backyards (as interesting as some may be).
Nice place if you are looking for small straight non- hilly trails.
If you're trying to burn calories and enjoy the beautiful landscapes, this is your trail
I’m so glad we have this much nature within the city. I really couldn’t be around large groups of people today so I chose this nature walk for self care. I’m so going to brag about this in therapy tonight lol it’s so beautiful! I love looking at all the different architecture from the backs of peoples houses. A lot of them have gardens and they’re so pretty just tranquil once you look at them.
