I had a warrant out for my arrest in 2012 in California, I was in California for only 4 months in 2012 and have lived in New England and Florida ever since. I do not know anyone in CA so I researched well known attorneys in the area and came across Jimmy and his great reviews. Since the first phone call he was upfront with me about the price, process, what I would need to do and what he could do. He answered all of my phone calls, emailed me all the paperwork i requested and kept me updated during every step of this process. When the judge refused to lift my warrant he fought for me to be able to post bail from out of state and got the judge to sign off on it when the judge was very clear he wanted me to fly out to CA for this case. Jimmy went to court for me today for the last time and got my case dismissed!! He called me as soon as he got out of court with the great news. His pricing is extremely fair, no hidden fees or extra charges. He was a pleasure to speak with and I would recommend him to anyone I know. I also want to say that I am an addict in recovery, I have been clean and sober for over 5 years and my case was drug related. I received no judgement from Jimmy, only understanding and compassion. Jimmy is an amazing lawyer!!

Jimmy Cha is a life saver! Needed a criminal defense attorney for someone who found themselves on the other side of the law. From the first time I spoke with him, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. First off, the professionalism Mr. Cha brings is extraordinary and very pleasing. It’s stressful going through court especially when one is not familiar with the system. Mr. Cha goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what’s going on and will LISTEN to what you have to say. This means a lot when dealing with a lawyer. He’s very informative and easy to get ahold of. He will make you comfortable and also really straight forward. I honestly hope to never have to contact him but if something were to ever happen again, I know who is MY lawyer. Thank you Mr. Cha for all your help. BTW my case was never filed and he made sure of that.

I did not get legal representation from Mr. Cha. I called expecting to talk to a receptionist and he answered the phone saying hello.. I said is this an attorneys office? He said yes! How can I help? I explained my boyfriends situation and he looked up his case and gave me amazing advice. If I hadn’t talked to him we probably would have hired an attorney who just took our money but couldn’t do anything for us anyways. Mr. Cha was so polite and told me not to hire anyone. What attorney would tell you not to hire someone? If I ever needed legal help in the future I’d go to him and also recommend him. Don’t hesitate to call. He’s extremely nice and honest.
