Well, its court so its probably not going to earn a 5 because 95% of the people are here because they are having a bad experience whether it's traffic tickets or civil lawsuits or criminal lawsuits. So I'm just not willing to give it any more. The deputies are usually snotty waiting for a case to take all day. Elections death is usually very helpful however the line to take hours

The clerks here have always been courteous, helpful and professional in their dealings with me. There are two different entrances on two different levels. You might not know this depending on which way you come. The lower level is off of Berkeley directly behind the shopping center. This is where you go to make payments. The upper level parking lot entrance is off of W. Valley View Drive. Up here the building is U-shaped. The entrance is up the stairs in the middle of the U. This entrance is best if you are appearing in court, going to the self help center or going to the civil clerks office. If you find yourself on the wrong level there are elevators that can transport you where you need to go. Like all courts, there is security screening so leave anything that might get you in trouble at home.

If any of you, is recommended to attend court, then please do. If you do not attend court, then you will get a consequence of paying a fine of 1,000 or jailtime and also your case can be charge with 2,000-10,000. Then, you would have to pay even more including your fine. So, I really recommend attending or letting your lawyer come to your hearing. Make some time to call off out of emergency or urgent matter of attending court due to not get a huge consequence. Also, make sure not to trust the prosecutors, they will lie to you to make a deal with them. Then, once your talking to the judge, then you will get shocked that you only had to pay low but agreed on paying thousands of dollars because the prosecutor said that your minimum fine will be 1,200-3,000 but actually it's just a minimum of 200. So, make sure to get help with your case and understand what could or not happen. Talk with your judge, don't trust a prosecutor, they are not your friend neither your lawyer. For some of you all, who have a traffic or speeding ticket, please do attend your hearing schedule, you do not want to get a fine for not attending from 5,000-10,000. Even if you parked at the wrong parking space and not attend the court date assigned to you, then you CAN get a fine of 10,000. It is unfair because it was just a mistake but please make sure to read the signs before parking, you never know a cop will check on your vehicle. Their are cops who rather chase after criminals or more important stuffs than that but still please do not make the mistake of doing so. This is a helpful tip. LA County court centers have fair consequence wages from 40-200 but this Orange County, it's more pricey and not a type of justice everyone wants.
