The location of this apartment is conveniently located right across the street from Cal state Fullerton and right off the freeways. Carlos has great customer service and he understands exactly what you are looking for. He's humble, easy to talk to and is always willing and able to assist you with anything that you need.

If I can give this apartment zero stars I would!!!! There's always problems about these apartments worried about fixing the outside then not the inside of the apartments too much for a one-bedroom apartment not worth the money... And we need a new management to for these apartments!!!!
I am really shocked to see horrible reviews that are very false and poorly worded about our amazing complex. My boyfriend and I have been living here for a year and just resigned our lease. I have had nothing but a professional and friendly experience with every member of the staff here. They are helpful and informative about what goes on at the complex whether there is tree trimming or the water needs to be shut off for some maintenance, we are always informed at least 24 hours before or sooner. There is a really nice gym with a pool, spa and BBQ. There is one parking spot for every unit, since all the units are only one bedroom and our location right next to the 57 freeway ramp is very convenient. We do not have a dishwasher but for us that works since we prefer to save on water cost and wash our dishes by hand anyway. The laundry facilities take card and have one room on each of the three floors. One of them is open 24/7! If you mind the noise of traffic on the main road or living near a college where it can get noisy on the weekends then this may not be the place for you. Also, since some of the parking spots are located outside the gate it is possible you may have someone try to park there, in this case the leasing office gives you some information on how to get those cars towed out of your spot. They themselves will never tow a car unless it's parked in a red zone. The grounds themselves are well taken care of, always clean and they do allow small dogs :) We love Piccadilly Square!
Expensive for a small apartment, walls are thin you can hear everything. Oh and when you move out they will charge a 105 cleaning fee along with a 65 carpet cleaning fee(I asked if I cleaned it spotless would I still be charged, and they told me yes because it wouldn’t be up to their standards) unless you hire a professional carpet cleaner and then show them the receipt and you’ll get hit with 2 months of utilities the only good thing is the maintenance guy is friendly and helpful
I lived there and got severed a three day notice because my neighbor said she got a police report made against me and that she was in fear for her safety but when I went to the Fullerton police department and got a clearance letter saying no report was made against me and took it to CARLOS the leasing manger and wouldn’t accept it nor did my neighbor ever show him documentation of the report she made now I’m filing a lawsuit against Piccadilly
