Walk up and ask about recycling aluminum wheels. Lady at the scale says 0.20 a pound. I bring up two wheels, another male kid walks up and says 0.10 a pound. I conveyed to him the lady said 0.20 a pound. His response, “Oh well”. Mind you, these are clean aluminum wheels from a Chevy truck. No stem. No weight. No dirt. Arrogant thieves.

Great customer services. The clerk's out on the lot will help you with carts, unloading and sorting, etc. Good prices. Very clean recycling center. I would recommended to anyone wanting to start recycling.
They offered me .20 per pound for clean aluminum wheels. Go to Ecology Recycling in Santa Fe Springs. No hassle and .57 per pound.
Easy to get your stuff weighed and paid. Took a total of 15 minutes from start to finish.
