This place is great. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and let me know about a new way to print shirts that would save me money. She is a great digital artist as well. Everything was great and the guy in the back helped me carry the order to my car. I will be back.

Nahid was great to work with! Very professional and made sure the end product was great. During his absence, things went south quickly. Staff sending rude emails and machines broken for a month plus and I was told my items would be ready the following week for 3 weeks in a row and weren't. What was funny was that I was told my items were in production, but when I informed them that I would pick up my items when they were promised to me, they weren't even touched. I will never go back again.
My wife had a few shirts done for me and I decided to stop in to see what they could do for my business. I’m an older guy whos old school so I don’t know much about this kind of stuff. The young lady was able to explain the process and pricing and the new owner came to introduce himself. I did not order yet but I know I am in good hands when I am.
I delivered all of my art work required in the formats needed. They worked on a very challenging art work to mimmic and provided me the final I needed. I cannot be more pleased. Ms. Padilla and her staff is an absolute sweet dream to work with. I definitely will return for more embroidery shirts. Big FYI, I shopped 6 area competitors before finalizing here.
Over Priced, not ready when promised, wrong color thread and rude customer service! I dropped of 4 beach towels that I bought to be embroidered. The charge was 81 just for the embroidery which is ridiculous but I was there and needed the towels done in time for my MIL's birthday. They said they would be ready in 10 business days at the latest but maybe sooner. I called after a week to see if they were ready and was told they were not but that they would be ready by the date promised. Long story short the day after they were supposed to be ready I called again. The woman that answered was rude and said if I had not received a call or email saying they were ready then they probably weren't. I said I was coming by to pick up my towels and wanted my money back. Then all of a sudden they were going to be ready that afternoon. And when I picked them up they used the wrong color thread!!! They will never get my business again.
