Excellent. Contacted this company by email several times to sort my rubbish collection and each time the response was immediate and helpful. Sorted out a day, time and price for collection - not only did they arrive when they said they would but they also did it cheaper because there wasn't as much as there looked in my photos - what other firm would do that! Thanks for an amazing service, would definitely use again.

Not great people. Zero integrity. While removing trash from my tote, they inverted the tote to get the water out of it. Leaving refuse and water that collected with it to run down my driveway. I'd give them zero stars, but unfortunately that isn't an option on google reviews.
Would not give them any stars, if that was possible. They have not picked up my trash in a month, even though my landlord has paid the bill. Their excuse was 'we thought nobody lived there anymore because there's never a car in the driveway'. It's called a job, some people work. Since they're selling to Butler they just don't care about customer service anymore. Very sad.
Very affordable and professional! Won't go anywhere else in oswego county!
